Great service, we had our external house painted and they were very professional and the finish is great. Our house was in very poor condition before us and we knew it was going to be a big job. When Wayne came out to do the quote we went over everything and he was very reassuring and went over all my questions and concerns. There was a slight delay in them getting to us compared to when we booked in but this is to be expected from external decoration as we had a period of bad weather so it then puts them behind on their previous job which in turn delays your job, so we weren't too bothered about this as there is nothing they or we could do. They did keep us up-to-date with timings and apologised. When it came to the painting they did a lot of prep as they had to take a lot of the old chipped paint back and fill in quite a few cracks etc. I was however surprised how quickly it was finished (considering there were a few rainy days in between also). EPS is a highly professional and friendly firm who do work of exceptional quality. We saw the standard of decoration that they achieved at several of our neighbours' homes, and from the moment they arrived felt reassured that we had made the right choice. We were kept informed of how the job was progressing at every stage, and, importantly, they listened to any concerns or ideas that we thought of along the way. They are already booked in for more work next year.
